Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Prospo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Prospo lawfully. You may not use it to send spam, harass businesses, misrepresent yourself, scrape data in violation of third-party terms, or generate misleading or unlawful content.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Plans include monthly limits on leads, websites, and AI credits. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Content & ownership
You own the websites and content you generate for your clients. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any business information you use. Prospo retains ownership of the platform itself.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prospo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
